Preparation of overall power and lighting distribution for building systems and interiors.

Preparation of detailed working drawing layouts for wiring, cabling, distribution boards, fittings and    fixtures, specialized    units, and detailed calculation for electrical load balancing, etc., in coordination with    established consultants.

Preparation of the bill of quantities and detailed technical specifications, tender document preparation,    shortlisting   contractors, floating tenders, receiving tenders, evaluation of bids, negotiations with bidders,    selection and          recommendation of contractor.

Review and approval of contractor's detailed electrical drawings, Specification & Samples of items to be    used for the    projects.
